Excellent low light plant. Anubias barteri var. 'nana' is a smaller variety and the most well known of all Anubias varieties. Anubias nana is a short, bushy variety, which is very tolerant of almost any condition in the aquarium. Commonly called Anubias nana,it readily attaches to driftwood or rocks. In fact, the rhizome of Anubias nana will creep along almost any structure. There are several forms of Anubias nana being sold in the trade all with slightly different characteristics. Anubias nana is one of the most popular aquarium plants in the aquatic plant trade. Anubias nana can be used in terrariums, aquariums and even will tolerate the harsh conditions of Cichlid tanks.

    Ordered one and got two - I'm not complaining. They are rather small compared to Nana's I got earlier from another store, but unlike the other store these are algae free and very healthy. I really like them!

    planted on driftwood, growing great!!!

    I secured my Anubias to a piece of driftwood (using string). After several weeks the runners had attached to the driftwood and I was able to cut off the string. The plant is a nice bright green and has been producing several new leaves per month. It even flowered a while back. A beautiful addition!
