    Milwaukee C02 Regulator set

Posted by Charlie Peebles on Jun 11th 2020

This is the second set of Milwaukee gauges & regulator that I have purchased. The first one was 3 or 4 years ago and it has been working well for me starting day one with no problems.

DO NOT USE FOR A CALCIUM REACTOR

Posted by Kelly Van Buskirk on May 6th 2014

The regulator is fine, it's the solenoid that's the problem. The problem is that the solenoid can't handle ANY back pressure at all and wont close when the control'er turns off. The tech at Milwaukee told me that if you cant blow freely through the line it wont work, Then he told be these can be used on a calcium reactor??????? HOW CAN THIS BE???? Calcium reactors are dialed down to mainly 1 drop per second through the effluent line (MAJOR RESTRICTION) I'm sure it will work great on a planted tank where there is no restriction.
