Aponogeton longiplumulosus is an aquatic bulb plant native to the island nation of Madagascar, along with many of the other Aponogetons used in the Aquarium plant trade. Aponogeton longiplumulosus is an excellent aquarium plant as the central focal point in a planted aquarium, displaying long dark green leaves that have undulating margins. Aponogeton longiplumulosus are bulb plants and will sometimes go dormant to the bulb stage of the plant. Just be patient and new leaves will begin to sprout.
