Salvinia originates from South and Central America. It is a fast growing, floating plant that does not have any special requirements. I bought this as a floater to shade my killifish a little and make them a bit less jumpy. I had this plant years ago but lost it. I was happy when I opened the box. I got what I always get from A generous and healthy portion of bright green plants. Nothing rotten or brown or substandard in any way. These guys know their business.
