Staurogyne repens is a green stemmed plant that resembles Hygrophila. Unlike the Hygrophila, Staurogyne repens is dwarf in size and sends stems out laterally to form a carpet similar to dwarf baby tears.

The plants arrived healthy and in good condition. Unfortunately for me, they didn't stay that way. They melted very badly and have not done well in my low tech tank ( no VO2, no dosing ferts, etc.). I don't blame the company as the plants arrived looking healthy and beautiful., and the other plants I ordered at the same time are doing well and mostly thriving. I am not sure if they don't like my tank conditions or if I am doing something wrong. I kept them in their pot for a week or 2 to acclimate but since I have planted them, they have gone down hill. I haven't given up on them yet but it's been a month and I am losing hope for their survival. I would still recommend this plant because I believe it is my inexperience or lack of knowledge rather than a problem with the plants.
Healthy plants but too few stems for the money.
Very healthy, but I expected more for the money.
A great specimen. All plants looked healthy and rooted quickly after planting. Much better quality than the tissue culture specimens offered at the big box pet stores and a better price as well.
Very healthy already growing well . I would have liked twice as many plants in each pot but oh well.
Plants arrived in perfect condition. Strong roots and overall very healthy condition. Very happy with the purchase!
I love this plant and get it delivered to Minnesota from Florida. Not only it came quick but also the plants are more fresh than my local aquarium shop!!
I knew nothing about this plant when I bought it, I just liked the look and figured I'd chance it and see if it did well in my tank. I bought 5 and they all came in really nice size pots with lots of stems, well rooted. 3 days after I planted them. I noticed new growth! These never melted, which is what I'm used to for most new plants, and they started spreading out in a week or so kind of like a carpeting plant. I do have CO2 and good lighting, but they seem to also thrive in some lower light areas under other plants. 3 months later, they are still doing great! I'm in love with this plant and can't wait to order more!
I was seriously impressed with how much showed up, and it's already begun to spread in just a week. Very healthy, as were all of the plants I received from aquariumplants.com.
