Sword Broad Leaf Chain (Echinorodus quadricostatus) 10 per Order
AquariumPlants.comBroad Leaf Chain sword (Echinodorus quadricostatus) is a great choice for foreground areas of the aquarium. Upright lance shaped leaves create a carpet in the planted areas. The leaves are much broader than that of its cousin Echinodorus tenellus, and the overall plant will be taller. Echinodorus quadricostatus spreads by runners that form plantlets. If these plantlets are floating just replant them in the desired location of the aquarium.

Sword, Amazon (Echinodorus bleheri) Sword, Amazon Compacta (Echinorodus bleheri 'Compacta' Those above in my order grew AMAZINGLY well. These all died. Still have the above two. I've always wanted to see a chain sword shoot it's runners, but the compacta is so nice I don't know if I care.

Easy to keep foreground plant
This plants grows great in low-tech setups. It stays low and quickly grows runners. I tried different foreground plants but this we the fastest growing and easiest to keep in different low-tech settings. Highly recommended for beginners.

excellent price and health
All my broad leaf chains were healthy, about 6 inches tall and under a buck for each!
